Today’s dog is Twain, he’s local in southern California.

Twain is a fun loving, little wire-haired boy that just might be the friendliest, happiest and most unassuming fellow you will ever met.

Between 1 – 2 years old, Twain is great with other dogs, kids, adults — everyone is his buddy. Twain can be seen in a short YouTube video, playing with other dogs.

Today’s dog is Dougie, a Labrador Retriever mix located in Mission Viejo, California. 

Dougie is  6 years old and was brought to The Pet Rescue Center after his Mommy had to go into a nursing home.

He is a fantastic dog that wants someone to play with and love.  Dougie likes long walks and would do best in a home that can give me structure and daily exercise. He  minds well, has basic training and is very treat motivated to learn new tricks.

Dougie has a very loving personality and he’s a handsome boy. Very sweet natured and looking for a family to love.

Today’s dog is Hans. He’s small, lovable guy located in southern California.

Hans is a Chihuahua & Dachshund mix that’s 4-5 months old. He loves other dogs and kids.

Today’s dog is Christmas, a sweet guy located in Mission Viejo, California.

Christmas is a 1 1/2 year old neutered, male lab mix who was rescued as a stray by one of our volunteers. He’s an amazing dog, loves all people, is well behaved and loves dogs of all sizes. He is even great with small children.

His coloring is more beautiful in person with mixed brindle coloring and shepherd markings. A very unique boy indeed.

Christmas has been neutered, is up to date on his vaccinations and is also microchipped.

Christmas would make an excellent pet for any active family with a yard.

Today’s dog is Penguin, a cute little gal located in southern California.

Penguin is an adult black and white terrier mix that was rescued from the Baldwin Park shelter after being there for a month. Weighing 12 pounds, she is a very happy and playful little girl, gets along with other dogs and will probably do well with children too.

She will “nose” you for affection and she loves lounging on her back for some belly rubs! Penguin also loves going for walks and stays right by your side no matter what your gait. She is well-mannered and quiet, she only barks if another dog barks first.

Penguin is potty trained, spayed, has had a full dental, is up to date on vaccinations and has been microchipped.
