A dog a day… Colby

My name is Colby, I was adopted on 7/8 and returned to the shelter on 7/22. I am an extremely friendly and gentle male brown/white pit bull mix. I aced my temperament test, I’m good with other dogs and the shelters says I’m highly adoptable!

I’m sad that the people who adopted me didn’t think ahead and understand the responsibility of having a dog. I’m a good boy and just want a family to love.

This photo is courtesy of Pat Gregoire, she takes and shares the dog photos to help get them visibility and forever homes. There is also a video of Colby, showing how calm he is and how much he just wants to be loved.

Colby is at the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter, his ID# is:A4722104Open for Adoptions 7 days a Week

A dog a day… Chiquito

Today’s dog is Chiquito, he’s a Cocker Spaniel located in southern California.

Let’s help Pat Gregoire – the kind person that photographs these dogs – network this boy to the vet care and forever home he deserves.

My name is Chiquito. I am a friendly 5 year old neutered, male, tan Cocker spaniel. My owner left me here on May 23. I’m available now for rescue and adoption. I need vet care and a foster for starters!

Pat shares her photos to help get these dogs seen and perhaps find homes.  If you are interested in this dog, please contact the shelter directly to find out its availability.

Save a life – adopt!

Baldwin Park Shelter is open for adoptions 7 days a week.

A dog a day… English Bulldog needs help

Today’s dog is an English Bulldog at the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter in southern California.

His name isn’t listed but his ID number at the shelter is #A4717690.

Here’s what we know… I’m a 3 yr old neutered male brown and white English Bulldog. I came to the shelter as a stray on June 4 and I’m available for rescue now.

This boy needs vet care, his eyes and skin are bothering him and he is very sad.

Pat Gregorie took this photo to help get the Baldwin Park dogs seen and hopefully find them homes. She does not work for the shelter nor does she rescue or pull. She is networking this dog so he can get the help he needs and find a forever home. Thank you Pat!

If you are interested in this dog, please contact the shelter directly to find out its availability.

SAD NOTE: Bully breeds are not kept as long as others so these dogs are always urgent!!
