One of my favorite rescues is having a fundraiser – let’s help Bernie save more lives.
In 2013, 802 dogs and 50 cats were rescued from high kill animal controls by
“A Place To Bark”. Their goal is to save as many, if not more lives in 2014.
Funding is needed for ongoing veterinary care, operational and transport costs. Check out their website or friend them on Facebook and you’ll see the wonderful work that’s being done by A Place to Bark.
You and I can help. From anyplace on the globe, we can make a difference by supporting their fundraising efforts…
I wear my ‘A Place to Bark’ t-shirt with pride! Mine is dark blue with long sleeves; super soft, comfy and covered in dog hair that my Riley Girl has lovingly shared.
One of the hardest working rescues we know is A Place to Bark, the work they have done – for many years – has saved the lives of numerous animals. They are truly a giving organization that puts the animals first.
When the Paws see an opportunity to help and support the rescue community they jump to share the information. A Place to Bark is currently running a ‘hoodie’ fundraiser. They’re working to sell 100 hoodies to raise funds for animal transport, vet care, feeding and operational costs.
As of this posting they had sold 72 hoodies with 3 days left in the fundraiser. Let’s help them sell those last 28 hoodies!
I’m the proud owner of a long sleeve t-shirt from A Place to Bark, join the team with your own hoodie.
